Terms + Conditions

Billing + Payment

  • All payments are due in advance before work begins.
  • Invoices are issued on the agreed billing cycle, with payment required within the stated terms.
  • Services will be paused if payment is not made by the due date.
  • Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Contract Terms

  • VA packages require a minimum commitment of six (6) months, with a review at four months.
  • Additional work outside the agreed package is billed separately.

Task + Time Management

  • All VA package hours are tracked using Toggl, with reports available upon request.
  • Unused hours do not roll over to the next billing period.
  • Urgent or last-minute tasks may incur an additional charge.

Passwords + Security

  • Passwords must be shared securely via LastPass or an approved password manager.
  • Virtually Kel is not responsible for security breaches, hacking, or data loss on client platforms.

Confidentiality

  • All business information, passwords, and data shared will be kept strictly confidential.
  • No information will be shared with third parties unless required by law or with client permission.

Termination Of Services

  • Either party may terminate services with 30 days’ written notice.
  • Clients terminating early must pay the remaining contract balance.
  • All outstanding invoices must be settled before termination.
