Terms + Conditions
Billing + Payment
- All payments are due in advance before work begins.
- Invoices are issued on the agreed billing cycle, with payment required within the stated terms.
- Services will be paused if payment is not made by the due date.
- Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Contract Terms
- VA packages require a minimum commitment of six (6) months, with a review at four months.
- Additional work outside the agreed package is billed separately.
Task + Time Management
- All VA package hours are tracked using Toggl, with reports available upon request.
- Unused hours do not roll over to the next billing period.
- Urgent or last-minute tasks may incur an additional charge.
Passwords + Security
- Passwords must be shared securely via LastPass or an approved password manager.
- Virtually Kel is not responsible for security breaches, hacking, or data loss on client platforms.
Confidentiality
- All business information, passwords, and data shared will be kept strictly confidential.
- No information will be shared with third parties unless required by law or with client permission.
Termination Of Services
- Either party may terminate services with 30 days’ written notice.
- Clients terminating early must pay the remaining contract balance.
- All outstanding invoices must be settled before termination.
